Update (30th January 2019)

The developer, Drum Property are moving ahead with their plans for 110 Minerva Street. G3 Square, as it is to be known, appears to be significantly different in design from those agreed with the Glasgow City Planning department. e.g. their announcement suggests now 108 flats will be built while the original detailed up to 220.

A Glasgow Live story indicates that the building will rise to six and seven storeys while the original gained permission for five and six storeys (five on the north side and six on the south). No new submissions can be found on the planning portal at this time and there are no news updates on the Drum Property site either.
